Also, I have a blog too if you want to check it out. It's called Zygor Leveling and it teaches World of Warcraft players how to level up to max level in 6 days. If you want you can check it out! Thanks again!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140327191657829121.post-8680653314045691962010-01-14T13:12:11.656-05:002010-01-14T13:12:11.656-05:00I think the yarn works really well for that patter...I think the yarn works really well for that pattern. It's soft enough to look very ethereal and I don't mind at all that it's not so pronounced. I think it sticks out just the right amount! Good luck on those.
Also, your stitch markers are really gorgeous! Where did you get them? They look so pretty against that yarn, too.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140327191657829121.post-63063121404180257852010-01-14T13:10:31.006-05:002010-01-14T13:10:31.006-05:00I think those socks will turn out really well. Plus, those are some very beautiful stitch markers you have! Love them!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140327191657829121.post-3372629565132895772010-01-14T08:46:07.711-05:002010-01-14T08:46:07.711-05:00I love those socks! I think your sweater looks great! I can't believe you knit and finished it so quickly. I think that you, as the knitter, is the only one who is going to notice any imperfections. It's hard to believe that was your first sweater! As far as info on fitting shoulders, I took a class from Nancy Wiseman who teaches finishing techniques that you do from the right-side out. If you are interested I'm sure all the same info would be in her book: The Knitter's Book of Finishing Techniques.
That being said, I think the post-project let down is normal too. After we put so much energy into a project, it's only natural to feel that way when it's over. But I bet you won't feel that way as much with your next sweater now that you have one under your belt.
Congrats on a beautiful project.Shannonhttp://www.affiknitty.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140327191657829121.post-27850943467512859442010-01-13T09:07:56.885-05:002010-01-13T09:07:56.885-05:00Very nice sock! I noticed a new feature on your blog today, that I hadn't seen before: In the left column you have Works in progress, with little percentage bars underneath them. How do you do that? I want that too on my blog :)

Hugs / JennyJennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17455205523834615045noreply@blogger.com
