That will really help the swelling that is happening inside, and help it to heal faster :) As for the crocheting... it doesn't matter how much you like it, the needles are MINE! muahahah..
xoxo
MomAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14113705503163245630noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140327191657829121.post-86478037236674288502009-09-17T12:42:22.283-04:002009-09-17T12:42:22.283-04:00do it! you can get ergonomical correct hooks, they...do it! you can get ergonomical correct hooks, they are made for old ladies with a sicknesss called gigt in Danish, I have no idea what it is in English, but it's were your joints hurt and swell up...and they normally cost the same as regular hooks. I have one and I will never go back.Fugal Ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15945099115387133303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140327191657829121.post-62881733042078205362009-09-17T05:49:56.116-04:002009-09-17T05:49:56.116-04:00Thank you so much to everyone for your well wishes...Thank you so much to everyone for your well wishes! No, it's definitely not anything broken because it's more a dull ache that a pain.

I like the idea of trying out some more serious crochet though... hmmmmm.... ;)Sarah {The Student Knitter}https://www.blogger.com/profile/16675019085913769597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140327191657829121.post-80434703292927996692009-09-17T05:30:05.607-04:002009-09-17T05:30:05.607-04:00Are you sure you haven't broken anything in th...Are you sure you haven't broken anything in the finger? I fell on my hand a few years ago, and broke a finger inside the palm, and it hurt like h*** for three days. Well, it actually hurt a lot longer, but after three days I finally went to the emergency room and got a cast. This was before I learned to knit, so luckily I wasn't hindered too much by the cast, but I shudder to think what I'd do if it happened today!

Could you try crocheting instead? I think it's probably easier to not involve a specific finger when you crochet than when you knit. Otherwise just try to rest it for a few days longer (boring, I know!).

/ JennyJennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17455205523834615045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140327191657829121.post-22371169026880540202009-09-17T03:35:42.114-04:002009-09-17T03:35:42.114-04:00awww, sadness :<
